The participant registration fee covers access to scientific activities and all social programs except for the excursion of Saturday, September 8.

* ONLY Accepted Paper-Givers to the Pre-Conference seminar can register.
Accompanying persons do not have access to the scientifical activities but to the lunches and social programme. The excursion is also not included.
EGPA cancellation policy:
- Prior to 2 August 2012: 90% refund
- As from 3 August to 15 August 2012: 50% refund
- Thereafter: no refund
EGPA payment policy :
- A 100 Euro supplement will be charged to those participants who have not paid their registration fees before 5 September 2012
- Participants paying through bank transfers will cover the bank costs
- Participants paying with cheque must add a 16 Euros surcharge for the bank processing fees.
